Gold price jumps by Rs 5,000 per tola



KATHMANDU: Gold prices surged in Nepal on Monday, with the price of the yellow metal increasing by Rs 5,000 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold is being traded at Rs 298,200 per tola today.

Silver prices also witnessed an increase, rising by Rs 120 per tola. The precious metal is currently being traded at Rs 5,015 per tola.

On Sunday, gold was priced at Rs 293,200 per tola, while silver was traded at Rs 4,895 per tola.
