Prof Rishikesh Wagle assumes responsibility as Vice Chancellor of Kathmandu University.
KATHMANDU: The daily administrative responsibility of the Vice Chancellor’s office at Kathmandu University (KU) has been assigned to Professor Rishikesh Wagle.
According to the university, Prime Minister and KU Chancellor Balendra Shah decided on May 14 to assign Wagle the responsibility for day-to-day operations of the vacant Vice Chancellor’s post.
Wagle is a former Dean of the Faculty of Law at the university.
The university stated that he assumed office from Thursday following the decision.
