Supreme Court orders Deepak Khadka to remain in custody



KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has ordered that Nepali Congress leader Deepak Khadka be kept in custody.

A division bench of Supreme Court justices Til Prasad Shrestha and Shanti Singh Thapa issued the order while hearing a habeas corpus petition filed by Khadka’s wife, Binita Thapa.

The court’s decision came during the hearing on the writ petition, directing that Khadka remain in detention.
