UML secretariat meeting underway to review election results, finalize PR winners



BHAKTAPUR: A central secretariat meeting of the CPN-UML is currently underway at the residence of party chair KP Sharma Oli in Gundu, Bhaktapur.

According to party sources, the meeting is reviewing the overall outcome of the recently concluded House of Representatives election and finalizing the list of candidates who will be elected under the proportional representation (PR) system.

Leaders are expected to finalize the names of PR winners according to the required clusters before formally making the list public.

The meeting is also discussing the election results, the party’s organizational situation, and future political strategies.

Once the proportional representation list is finalized, the party is expected to officially announce the names of the candidates.
