NRB sets today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the foreign currency exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is Rs 147.64 and the selling rate is Rs 148.24.

Similarly, the buying rate of one euro is Rs 169.28 and the selling rate is Rs 169.97. The buying rate of one UK pound sterling is Rs 195.75 and the selling rate is Rs 196.54, while the buying rate of one Swiss franc is Rs 187.48 and the selling rate is Rs 188.24.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is Rs 103.98 and the selling rate is Rs 104.40. The buying rate of one Canadian dollar is Rs 107.99 and the selling rate is Rs 108.43, while the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is Rs 115.33 and the selling rate is Rs 115.80.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.26 and the selling rate is Rs 9.30. The buying rate of one Chinese yuan is Rs 21.41 and the selling rate is Rs 21.50. Similarly, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is Rs 39.35 and the selling rate is Rs 39.51, while the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is Rs 40.50 and the selling rate is Rs 40.66.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is Rs 4.57 and the selling rate is Rs 4.59. The buying rate of one UAE dirham is Rs 40.19 and the selling rate is Rs 40.36. The buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is Rs 37.49 and the selling rate is Rs 37.64.

The buying rate of 100 South Korean won is Rs 9.91 and the selling rate is Rs 9.95. The buying rate of one Swedish krona is Rs 15.78 and the selling rate is Rs 15.85, while the buying rate of one Danish krone is Rs 22.65 and the selling rate is Rs 22.75.

Similarly, the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar is Rs 18.86 and the selling rate is Rs 18.94. The buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar is Rs 481.70 and the selling rate is Rs 483.65. The buying rate of one Bahraini dinar is Rs 391.05 and the selling rate is Rs 392.64, while the buying rate of one Omani riyal is Rs 383.48 and the selling rate is Rs 385.04.

The buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160 and the selling rate at Rs 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time as required. The rates set by commercial banks may vary, and the latest updates will be available on the central bank’s official website.
