KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Prakash Adhikari as the secretary of the House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament.
According to the Office of the President, President Paudel appointed Adhikari to the post today on the recommendation of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, in accordance with Article 106 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
