KATHMANDU: The central committee meeting of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is being held today. The meeting is taking place at 9 am at the party’s central office in Banasthali, spokesperson Manish Jha said.

According to him, the meeting will discuss the party’s general convention, government functioning, and the ongoing budget session of Parliament.

The earlier central committee meeting had decided to hold the party’s general convention within six months after the conclusion of the House of Representatives election.

Although the RSP has not publicly disclosed the detailed agenda of the general convention, preparations are underway to hold it within August.
