Two buses collide in Dhading’s Baireni, 12 injured



KATHMANDU: At least 12 people were injured after two buses collided at Baireni in Dhading along the Prithvi Highway. Police said the condition of three of the injured is critical.

The accident occurred last night when buses travelling from Kathmandu toward Pokhara and Birgunj collided on the highway.

Police personnel rescued the injured passengers immediately after the crash and sent them to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Authorities have not yet released the registration details of the buses involved or the identities of the injured.
