Nepal suffer humiliating 10-wicket defeat to Italy in ICC T20 World Cup

KATHMANDU: Nepal suffered a humiliating 10-wicket defeat to Italy in the ICC T20 World Cup match held on Thursday.

Displaying a poor performance in both batting and bowling, Nepal failed to claim a single wicket as Italy comfortably chased down the target.

Italy’s victory was powered by an outstanding opening partnership between the Mosca brothers. Anthony Mosca smashed 62 runs off 32 balls, hitting three fours and six sixes.

Similarly, Justin Mosca scored 60 runs off 44 deliveries, including five fours and three sixes, guiding Italy to a comprehensive win without losing a wicket.
