Foreign currency exchange rates fixed for today



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign currency exchange rates for today.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at Rs 146.60, while the selling rate is Rs 147.20.

Similarly, the buying rate of one euro is Rs 170.70 and the selling rate is Rs 171.40. The buying rate of one UK pound sterling is Rs 197.17 and the selling rate is Rs 197.98, while the buying rate of one Swiss franc is Rs 189.05 and the selling rate is Rs 189.83.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 104.28 and the selling rate at Rs 104.71. The buying rate of one Canadian dollar is Rs 108.08 and the selling rate is Rs 108.52, while the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is Rs 115.27 and the selling rate is Rs 115.74.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen has been set at Rs 9.29 and the selling rate at Rs 9.33. Likewise, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is Rs 21.33 and the selling rate is Rs 21.42.

Similarly, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is Rs 39.06 and the selling rate is Rs 39.22, while the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is Rs 40.11 and the selling rate is Rs 40.27.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is Rs 4.63 and the selling rate is Rs 4.65. The buying rate of one UAE dirham is Rs 39.91 and the selling rate is Rs 40.08, while the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is Rs 37.35 and the selling rate is Rs 37.50.

The buying rate of 100 South Korean won has been fixed at Rs 9.97 and the selling rate at Rs 10.01. Likewise, the buying rate of one Swedish krona is Rs 16.08 and the **selling rate is Rs 16.15, while the buying rate of one Danish krone is Rs 22.85 and the **selling rate is Rs 22.94.

The central bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 18.74 and the selling rate at Rs 18.81. Similarly, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar is Rs 478.85 and the selling rate is Rs 480.81. The buying rate of one Bahraini dinar is Rs 388.29 and the selling rate is Rs 389.88, while the buying rate of one Omani rial is Rs 380.75 and the selling rate is Rs 382.31.

Likewise, the buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160, while the selling rate is Rs 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time if necessary. The rates set by commercial banks may differ, and updated exchange rates will be available on the central bank’s official website.
