Deputy Speaker donates one month’s salary to flood victims



KATHMANDU: Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Ruby Kumari has decided to donate one month’s salary to support the relief and rehabilitation of people affected by the Bhotekoshi River flood in Rasuwa.

Deputy Speaker Ruby Kumari has directed the Administration Department of the Federal Parliament Secretariat to deposit her one month’s salary into the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.

She decided to donate the amount to support relief, rescue and rehabilitation efforts for citizens affected by the flood.
