Gold price rises by Rs 2,200 per tola



KATHMANDU: The price of gold increased by Rs 2,200 per tola in the Nepali market on Friday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

With the latest increase, gold is being traded at Rs 296,900 per tola, up from Rs294,700 per tola on Thursday.

Silver prices also increased on Friday. The price of silver rose by Rs85 per tola compared to Thursday.

Silver, which was traded at Rs4,875 per tola on Thursday, is now being traded at Rs4,960 per tola.
