Gold price rises by Rs 3,800 per tola



KATHMANDU: The price of gold increased by Rs 3,800 per tola on Tuesday in the domestic market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has been fixed at Rs 317,000 per tola for the day. The precious metal was traded at Rs 313,200 per tola on Monday.

Meanwhile, the price of silver also saw a sharp rise.

Silver increased by Rs 310 per tola, marking a 5.7 percent jump in a single day. The metal, which was traded at Rs 5,410 per tola on Monday, has reached Rs 5,720 per tola today.
