RSP’s Sulabh Kharel defeats Bishnu Paudel by over 43,000 votes in Rupandehi-2



KATHMANDU: Sulabh Kharel of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won a decisive victory in Rupandehi-2, defeating former Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel of the CPN-UML by a huge margin.

Kharel secured 56,550 votes, while Poudel received 12,861 votes.

In third place, Chunn Prasad Poudel of the Nepali Congress garnered 9,392 votes.
