RSP’s Indira Rana Magar takes wide lead in Jhapa-2



KATHMANDU: Indira Rana Magar of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has taken a commanding lead in Jhapa-2 in the ongoing House of Representatives election in Nepal vote count.

According to the latest results, Rana Magar has secured 20,534 votes, leading her closest rival Devraj Ghimire of the CPN-UML by 16,705 votes.

The election office said Ghimire has so far received 3,829 votes.
