KATHMANDU: The Bhat-Bhateni supermarket in Koteshwor, Kathmandu, which was looted, vandalized, and set on fire during the Gen-Z movement on September 8 and 9, has reopened to the public today.
Chair Min Bahadur Gurung and other officials performed a special puja before resuming operations at the supermarket.
The building, which was completely damaged during the unrest, underwent nearly five months of repair and reconstruction before reopening for customers.
