KATHMANDU: The National Assembly is scheduled to meet today at 12:15 pm at Singha Durbar, with ministers set to respond to lawmakers’ questions on the Appropriation Bill and ministry-wise budget allocations.
According to the meeting agenda, ministers will answer queries related to the budgets of the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, the Ministry of Education and Sports, and the Ministry of Health and Food Safety.
The meeting will also include responses to questions raised over the budget of the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration.
Likewise, ministers representing the Ministry of Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities and Social Security, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, and the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs are also scheduled to respond to lawmakers’ concerns regarding their respective budget allocations.
