Gold price drops by Rs 2,600 per tola



KATHMANDU: Gold prices declined on Monday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The federation said the price of gold fell by Rs 2,600 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs 291,400 per tola. On the Sunday, gold had been traded at Rs 294,000 per tola.

Silver prices also decreased on the same day. The price of silver dropped by Rs 50 per tola and is currently being traded at Rs 4,780 per tola.
