Balen Shah leads by nearly fivefold margin over Oli in Jhapa-5



JHAPA: Balendra (Balen) Shah, senior leader of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), is leading by nearly five times the votes of his closest rival in Jhapa Constituency-5.

According to the latest vote count, Shah has secured 15,169 votes. CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has received 3,344 votes.

Similarly, the Shram Sanskriti Party candidate has secured 1,607 votes in the constituency.
