Baitadi man found dead in India after going missing from Bengaluru



KATHMANDU: A man from Baitadi who had gone missing from Bengaluru, India, has been found dead, family sources confirmed.

Harish Lohar of Sunkhola Khaligada in Dogadakedar Rural Municipality–3, Baitadi, had been out of contact for several days before his body was discovered in Devanahalli area of India.

Family members said Lohar had gone to Bengaluru two years ago for employment. After he stopped responding to calls, relatives had begun searching for him.

Lohar is survived by his wife and two sons.

Local police in India have been informed about the incident. The cause of death has not yet been ascertained, and further investigation is underway.
