NC Central Work Execution Committee meeting to continue today



KATHMANDU: The Central Work Execution Committee of the Nepali Congress (NC) is reconvening today to continue discussions on key party matters.

Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel said that in Monday’s meeting, chaired by Acting President Purna Bahadur Khadka, the National Assembly elections were discussed. As party officials and members had not yet fully expressed their opinions, the committee decided to hold the next session on Tuesday at 11:00 am.

During today’s meeting, joint general secretaries Farmullah Mansoor, Mahendra Yadav, Badri Pandey, and Jeevan Pariyar, along with performance committee members Gopalman Shrestha, Bimalendra Nidhi, Vijaykumar Gachchdar, Krishna Prasad Sitaula, and Arjun Narsingh KC, as well as spokesperson Dr. Prakasharan Mahat, Bal Bahadur KC, Dr. Narayan Khadka, Ji Boharing Lama, Sujata Koirala, and NP Saund, shared their views.

Central members Dr. Minendra Rizal and Min Bishwakarma, together with state chairpersons Amarsingh Pun (Lumbini Province) and Bir Bahadur Balayar (Sudurpaschim Province), also participated and contributed to the discussion.
