Landslide at Simaltal blocks Muglin-Narayangadh road



CHITWAN: A landslide near Simaltal along the Kathmandu-Muglin-Narayangadh road section has blocked traffic in both directions.

According to the Road Division Office, Bharatpur, vehicular movement was completely disrupted after the landslide occurred at around 7:00 am on Tuesday.

The office said that clearing the debris and reopening the road may take some time. Equipment and manpower have already been deployed to remove the landslide debris and restore traffic operations, the Road Division Office said.
