Voting proceeds peacefully across Kathmandu’s constituencies



KATHMANDU: Voting is proceeding peacefully and enthusiastically across all 10 constituencies of Kathmandu.

Kathmandu Chief District Officer Ishwor Raj Poudel said that polling is ongoing smoothly at all 817 polling stations in the district for the House of Representatives elections.

He added that voters have participated actively, with high-level security ensuring a safe and orderly voting process. A monitoring team led by Chief District Officer Poudel has been dispatched to oversee activities at various polling stations across the district.
