RSP Chair Lamichhane casts vote in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane cast his vote early Thursday morning at the Mahakal polling station of Upatyaka Khanepani Limited in Chuchepati, Kathmandu.

Voting for the House of Representatives elections has begun under special circumstances following the September 8-9, 2025, Gen-Z protests. Polling is being conducted in a single phase across the country from 7 am to 5 pm, with voters lining up as early as 6 am to exercise their democratic rights.

Before casting his vote, Lamichhane bowed respectfully to the ballot box, a gesture reflecting the significance of the electoral process.
