KATHMANDU: Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, which extends across four districts, including Kathmandu, is home to a wide variety of butterfly species.
According to park statistics, 124 of the 630 butterfly species recorded in Nepal are found in Shivapuri National Park.
With its lush forests, tranquil surroundings and scenic trails, the park is a popular destination for hiking and nature enthusiasts.
