Temporary polling centre at Kathmandu DAO



KATHMANDU: A temporary polling centre has been set up at District Administration Office, Kathmandu to facilitate elections under the category of proportional representation.

The District Election Office, Kathmandu released a notice announcing the establishment of this temporary voting centre and urged all employees from the ministries, commissions, departments, and government agencies to approach the centre for casting votes on March 5.

The voting facility has been set up in line with Section 17 (1) of the Temporary Voter List Procedure-2082 for the purpose of the House of Representatives election scheduled for Thursday.

The civil employees can vote at this centre for only proportional category of the HoR election. (RSS)
