BAGLUNG: Dhalendra Rayamajhi has been elected chairperson of the Baglung district committee of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).
Rayamajhi secured victory in the district convention held on Saturday, defeating rival candidate Punam Prasad Sharma by 11 votes.
According to the election committee, Rayamajhi received 93 votes, while Sharma secured 82 votes.
Meanwhile, Khinananda Paudel was elected vice-chairperson, Lil Bahadur Khatri “Babin” was elected secretary, and Bal Krishna Sharma was elected joint secretary.
