Supreme Court dismisses Bishnu Paudel’s habeas corpus petition

KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has dismissed a habeas corpus petition filed on behalf of former Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel.

The petition, filed by his wife Domaya Paudel, claimed that he was being held in unlawful detention.
