KATHMANDU: Rabi Lamichhane, Chair of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), is scheduled to address the first meeting of the newly elected House of Representatives (HoR) today.
Party spokesperson Manish Jha said Lamichhane will speak at the inaugural parliamentary meeting convened after the March 5 elections.
Parliament has been called into session at 2 pm, with the agenda allowing Members of Parliament to deliver speeches on behalf of their respective parties.
