NEPSE drops 12.83 points on final trading day of the week



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index declined by 12.83 points on the final trading day of the week, closing at 2,620.92 points.

A total turnover of Rs 4.71 billion was recorded on Thursday, with shares worth Rs 4.71 billion exchanged during the session.

Out of the total traded companies, share prices of 189 companies declined, while 63 companies saw gains. Share prices of eight companies remained unchanged.

Sector-wise, all sub-indices ended in negative territory except the ‘Others’ group, as the benchmark index closed lower.
