TIANJIN: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and his wife Radhika Shakya was welcomed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan at the venue of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Plus summit.
President Xi greeted PM Oli on the red carpet arranged for the heads of participating countries. The summit hosts leaders from major global powers.
