Two parliamentary committees to convene today



KATHMANDU: Two committees of the Federal Parliament are scheduled to meet today. According to the official agenda, the Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee, and the Legislative Management Committee will hold meetings.

The Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee is set to discuss issues related to the revision of the environmental management plan in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report of hydropower projects with officials from the Ministry of Forest and Environment.

Meanwhile, the Legislative Management Committee will conduct a clause-wise discussion on the ‘Federal Civil Service Bill, 2080’.
