PM Oli pays tribute to Kamal Koirala at Unified Socialist office



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has paid tribute to the late leader and writer Kamal Koirala at the office of the Unified Socialist Party in Aloknagar.

Oli honored Koirala, a prominent leftist leader and writer, at the party office of the CPN (Unified Socialist), which was formed in 2021 after splitting from the UML. Koirala served as the party’s central advisor.

Unified Socialist Party Chair Madhav Kumar Nepal was also present during Oli’s visit. This marks the first time Oli has stepped into the Unified Socialist Party’s office since the split in 2021.

During the visit, Oli also inquired about the damage caused by the royalist protests on Friday, seeking details on the extent of the incident.
