“Civil society is not only a participant in this forum but a catalyst and a powerful voice for change,” he said. “Your advocacy can lead to meaningful outcomes.”
The Prime Minister reiterated Nepal’s commitment to good governance, democratic values, and the rule of law, while stressing the importance of inclusiveness and proportionality in global financial investment. “Nepal firmly believes that investment should be guided by need, inclusion, and fairness. We value the global partnership and the active role of civil society in this effort,” he stated.
He called on civil society to lead efforts toward building an equitable and sustainable future, ensuring that no one is left behind. “Your voice strengthens the shared responsibilities we have towards people and the planet,” PM Oli added.
