KATHMANDU: The government has announced a public holiday in the Kathmandu Valley on Sunday to mark the Bhoto Jatra festival.
In a notice issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, it was stated that Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur districts will observe a public holiday on the occasion of the traditional Machhindranath Bhoto Jatra.
