Nepal to face India in SAFF U-17 Championship today



KATHMANDU: Nepal and India are set to face each other today in the ongoing South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Women’s Under-17 Championship.

According to the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), the match will kick off at 6:00 PM Nepali time.

In the ongoing double round-robin league, India tops the standings with 12 points, followed by Bangladesh in second place with nine points. Nepal is in third with three points, while Bhutan, the host nation, remains winless and sits at the bottom of the table.

Nepal is scheduled to play its final match against Bhutan on Bhadra 15. However, with only one win so far, Nepal has already been eliminated from the title race.
