TU Vice-Chancellor Baral resigns

KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan University’s Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Keshar Jung Baral has submitted his resignation to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, Baral cited health reasons in his resignation letter addressed to the Prime Minister, who is also the university’s Chancellor. However, his resignation has not yet been approved.

Baral was appointed as TU’s Vice-Chancellor on Falgun 10 last year.
