Four teams set for double-header in NPL today

KATHMANDU: Two matches are scheduled today in the second edition of the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL) in the capital.

The first match, between the Chitwan Rhinos and Kathmandu Gorkhas, will begin at 11:45 AM at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Stadium. The second match, featuring the Karnali Yaks and Biratnagar Kings, will start at 4:00 PM.

Chitwan sits in third place on the points table with four points, while Kathmandu has collected only two. Karnali, with two points from three matches, are under pressure to win to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Biratnagar, currently second on the table, have six points from four matches. A win today would significantly strengthen their path to the playoffs.
