National Assembly Secretary Dr. Aryal resigns



KATHMANDU: National Assembly Secretary Dr. Surendra Aryal has resigned from his post.

On Tuesday, Aryal tendered his resignation to President Ramchandra Paudel, the Secretary General of the Federal Parliament, and the Secretary of the House of Representatives.

According to the Office of the President, Dr. Aryal’s resignation has been submitted under Clause 6 (a) of the Act Related to the Salary, Terms of Service and Facilities of the Secretary of the National Assembly, 2075, and will take effect immediately.

His resignation letter has already reached the President’s Office and has been approved.
