Parliamentary Committee inspects TU Cricket Ground (In photos)

KATHMANDU: The Monitoring and Evaluation of the Implementation of the Directive Principles, Policies and Obligations of the state Committee has conducted an inspection of the Tribhuvan University (TU) Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

Currently, the ground is undergoing upgrades, including the installation of floodlights and parapets. Due to delays in the project timeline, the construction company has been penalized, and work is now continuing under these conditions.

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) is preparing to organize the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) at the venue under floodlights and with open parapets.
