PM Karki holding talks with leaders of three major parties



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Sushila Karki is scheduled to hold discussions with the top leaders of Nepal’s three major political parties today, with a primary focus on the upcoming election.

The Prime Minister is set to meet Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, and Nepali Communist Party Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda at 4 pm. The talks are expected to center on creating a conducive environment for free, fair, and credible elections.

On Friday, government spokesperson and Minister for Communications Jagadish Kharel had already met with the three leaders and urged them to cooperate in ensuring a smooth electoral process.
