Birgunj sees huge export growth compared to last year



BIRGUNJ: Products worth Rs 33.21 billion have been exported through the Birgunj border during the first four months of the current fiscal year.

In comparison, exports during the same period last year amounted to Rs 13.64 billion. According to Birgunj Customs Chief Bishnu Prasad Gyawali, soybean oil worth Rs 17.32 billion and fruit juice worth Rs 2.60 billion were among the major products exported.
