People clash with police at KIST Hospital.
LALITPUR: Tension erupted at KIST Hospital following the death of a pregnant woman, allegedly due to medical negligence. Relatives of the deceased broke through police cordons and damaged hospital property. Police used force to disperse the crowd.
The incident occurred on October 24. Relatives claim the hospital has not engaged in dialogue, and minor property damage was reported during protests yesterday as well.
