Minister Pun visits trauma centre, assures free treatment for Gen-Z protest victims



KATHMANDU: Minister for Education, Science, and Technology Mahabir Pun today visited the Trauma Centre to take stock of the health condition and treatment of those injured during the recent Gen-Z movement.

The protests, held on September 8 and 9 at the call of the Gen-Z group, had left several people injured, many of whom are still undergoing treatment at different hospitals.

Minister Pun informed the injured that the government’s decision to provide free treatment had already been implemented. He also assured them that there would be no shortcomings in their care, according to his private secretariat.
