Simkot will be connected to national road network in some days, PM says

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stated that the district headquarters of Humla will be connected to the national road network in some days.

In a Facebook post today, PM Oli shared that Simkot will be linked to the national road network in some days adding that the long wait for 26 years for road network is being fulfilled soon.

Similarly, PM Oli has argued that Humla is not a remote district now, thanks to the road connectivity there.

“The district headquarters of Humla, the only district remained to be linked to the national road network, is being connected to the national road network in some days. Our decades-long dream to ensure road network to the Humla district headquarters of Simkot is being fulfilled. With the construction of this road, Nepal will be linked to neighbouring country China via Hilsa point,” the PM stated.
