Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the official foreign exchange rates for today.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of 1 US dollar is set at NPR 136.43, and the selling rate at NPR 137.03.

The euro is trading at NPR 155.05 (buying) and NPR 155.73 (selling), while the UK pound sterling stands at NPR 181.64 (buying) and NPR 182.44 (selling). The Swiss franc is set at NPR 164.67 (buying) and NPR 165.40 (selling).

The Australian dollar is valued at NPR 87.07 (buying) and NPR 87.45 (selling), the Canadian dollar at NPR 98.28 and NPR 98.71, and the Singapore dollar at NPR 103.81 and NPR 104.26, respectively.

For other currencies, the rates are as follows:

10 Japanese yen: NPR 9.52 (buying) / NPR 9.56 (selling)

1 Chinese yuan: NPR 18.72 / NPR 18.80

1 Saudi riyal: NPR 36.37 / NPR 36.53

1 Qatari riyal: NPR 37.43 / NPR 37.59

1 Thai baht: NPR 4.07 / NPR 4.09

1 UAE dirham: NPR 37.14 / NPR 37.31

1 Malaysian ringgit: NPR 31.19 / NPR 31.33

100 South Korean won: NPR 9.48 / NPR 9.52

1 Swedish krona: NPR 14.08 / NPR 14.14

1 Danish krona: NPR 20.77 / NPR 20.86

1 Hong Kong dollar: NPR 17.59 / NPR 17.67

1 Kuwaiti dinar: NPR 444.93 / NPR 446.89

1 Bahraini dinar: NPR 361.95 / NPR 363.54

1 Omani rial: NPR 354.34 / NPR 355.90

100 Indian rupees: NPR 160.00 / NPR 160.15
