HoR election: NCP recommends five candidates from Rupandehi-3



RUPANDEHI: The Nepali Communist Party (NCP) has recommended five candidates for Rupandehi constituency No. 3 in the upcoming election to the House of Representatives (HoR) to be held on March 5, 2026.

According to party leader Tir Bahadur Roka Magar, the recommended candidates under the direct (first-past-the-post) category are Ananda Prasad Gupta, Faiz Ahmed Khan, Radheshyam Gupta, Kamala Thapa, and Madhusudan Gaha Magar.

Similarly, the party has recommended eight candidates under the proportional representation category. They are Hakikulla Khan, Sonia Yadav, Jaya Bahadur Sunar, Asha Kumari Chaudhary, Dr. Rishiram Pandey, Dhan Bahadur Gurung, Dilliram Bhattarai, and Tikaram Shrestha.

In the House of Representatives election held in 2022, Deepak Bohara of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) was elected from Rupandehi-3.
