36 Chief District Officers transferred across Nepal

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred 36 Chief District Officers (CDOs) across the country in a single decision.

On Sunday, the ministry reshuffled CDOs from several key districts, including Rupandehi, Kailali, Mahottari, Parsa, Banke, Bardiya, Rautahat, and Kapilvastu.

As part of the transfer, some districts received new CDOs, while others saw their officers reassigned to different locations.

Similarly, Hiralal Regmi from Susta Paschim has been appointed as the new CDO of Kailali, the capital district of Sudurpaschim Province.

Meanwhile, Jumla’s CDO Kedar Nath Sharma has been assigned as the head of the Immigration Office at Gautam Buddha International Airport.
