Foreign Minister Rana congratulates Indian counterpart on 76th Republic Day



KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana Deuba has congratulated her Indian counterpart on the occasion of the 76th Republic Day of India today.

“On this joyous occasion, I extend my best wishes to the people and government of India for continued progress, prosperity, and advancement,” Minister Rana said in a social media (X) post, addressing Indian Minister of External Affairs, S Jaishankar.

She stated that as the intimate neighbors, Nepal and India value strong bond of friendship and close relations nurtured through centuries of shared history, mutual respect, and collaboration across various fields.

We will continue to further reinforce these relations in the years to come, Minister Dr Rana added.
