KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives (HoR) of the Federal Parliament is meeting today at 1:00 PM at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor.
During today’s session, Minister for Education, Science, and Technology, Raghuji Pant, is scheduled to present a proposal to consider the Tilganga Eye University Bill, 2081, which originated in the National Assembly.
The proposed legislation aims to establish and operate a university dedicated to eye health, with a focus on academic excellence in the fields of ophthalmic education, research, and specialist healthcare services. It envisions the development and expansion of advanced technologies to support education and service delivery in eye health.
